So its nearlly been 7 days since we interviewed ten hag, what are we waiting for exactly.

This is what annoys me with us, why do we take an age to get things done

I get there is a process but if we want him and he did well in the interview offer him the job, get it done and move on.

Firstly, you need to speak to all of the candidates. Then you make a decision.

Could be several reasons. Maybe the interview raised a few concerns with EtH. Maybe the club are also looking at other candidates and are awaiting chance to speak to them.

Maybe something is happening and it just hasn't been made public yet.

While Ajax and PSG might be prepared to let our club speak to their managers I can't imagine they would be happy for a public announcement before their sides had confirmed probable league titles.

Imagine if our club announced that Pochettino or EtH was our next manager and then PSG or Ajax see their league form collapse and another side pip them to the domestic title. They'd look very foolish.

It's frustrating, but as fans we just need to sit tight and see what direction the club is going in when there is some news to digest.

Shappy city announced pep as manager mid way through the season when pellagrini was manager.

My point is the big dogs get it done, we have had how many months to sort the manager situation out

Pep didn’t have a club at that point Bolger, and if memory serves they had a manager and that’s a pretty crap way to treat him. Similar to us getting rid of lvg imo. The manner was wrong.

So only untethered 1 candidate bolger.
That makes no sense.
If the club wanted to make him an offer after that interview they could have. The fact they didn't points to a few things
1 they want to talk to others.
2 eth did not blow them away enough to close the door on others
3. They were not convinced enough.
You may not like that but I think it's wise to take our time.
They won't keep everybody happy if they rush and the manager fails it's their fault if they take their time they are seen as fools.
I think it's time to sit back and see who they chose then support that decision as long as progress is being made.
Our owners have invested more in players than any other owners any where in the world so if they can get the right manager this time it bodes well imo.

The board are just waiting for Poch to get sacked so they can hure him. All this wanting to interview other options are just delay tactics to make it seem like that their going through a process until the inevitable happens.

What do you mean why interview him if you don’t want him? If we were just going to give him the job regardless then the interview would be pointless. I for one am glad we are seemingly doing a proper process.
