Reading todays papers, I am disappointed to see lvg has pulled the plug on the Vidal deal, that and the Kroos deal earlier in the race to sign him. I wonder what midfielders he could look at now, along with fabregas, these would have been many peoples first choice! Is schweinteiger still an option? Or is it a waiting game til strootman regains fitness?

I honestly can't believe so many people take what the papers say so seriously. Don't listen to anything printed in the papers, we know United are interested in Vidal as Ed002 has confirmed it, we need to persuade Juve to sell and offer enough money.

Until Ed002 confirms our interest has ended, people need to relax. The newspapers need to sell as many copies as possible, so if all papers are saying Vidal is on, what is the best way for a certain paper to get a bigger share of the sales?

Obviously it is to say it is now off in an exclusive, so then all the gullible people go out and buy it to find out what has happened. In actual fact, it is more likely that nothing has happened, changed or been decided in the past 24 hours.

2.) Ever heard the phrase don't believe everything the papers say? I will take this saying to the grave with me only I don't believe barely a word of what the papers say. i'm still confident we will sign vidal
