Hi, quick question for the eds, is a transfer not considered to be a football related activity? If it is how can suarez's transfer be completed without contravening the terms of his worldwide ban from ALL football related activity?

may well be no transfer ban however a 4 month ban from all football activity. surely a transfer is considered football activity? medical not involve football activities also?
