First time poster, long time admirer of the ed's work! Could anyone shed light on this mystery striker? Or has he already been linked with us. Van gaal throwing the curve ball saying no one in the media has linked Utd with him

Bloody hell LVG has us all wrapped around his finger doesn't he, any little comment and you jump all over it. All he meant was 'it's not Muller' because that is who we were linked with yesterday. He didn't say it was someone that had never been in the media at all, and even if he did, that would mean nothing, he said it to make this happen!

I'd love to see Lewandowski here. Rooney, Lewandowski and Memphis up front in a fairly free flowing formation would be outstanding.
Rooney clearly believes he is going to be the main man up front on his own so I just can't see it.
