what a depressing transfer window. we have got by last season with a pretty average midfield. we won't this season. Oh for the days of Keane, Scholes, Giggs in his prime and Beckham
We are in serious need of 2 quality midfielders. but who. there is still plenty of quality out there. Woodward and Moyes need to realise that what we have just is not good enough.
Surely they cannot keep pulling the wool over our eyes. we need the impetus of new signings, it gets everyone up for the season. but feel very flat at the moment. Everyone thinks we are automatic for top 4. unless we add quality I am not so confident!
1.) Imagine a midfield of Keane Schoels Beckham and Giggs in their prime would still be the best midfield in the world at the moment

Garay unveiled at press conference Friday.
Thiago by 10th July along with Strootman
Renewed bid for Baines this week with Evra leaving, along with Anderson and Nani.
One other major signing dependant on Rooney.
Moyes wants Lewonodski - if he can secure deal Rooney will go.
Rooney will only be sold if replacement is in the bag.
Ronaldo will be back. but not until 2014!
1.) Thiago - great but if Anderson leaves we will still have a major problem in midfield - simply short of numbers.
Need to keep Anderson + bring others in -
We still have to replace Fletcher and Hargreves as well.
Also keep Nani :)
2.) Why would we be short of numbers if we had Strootman, Thiago, Cleverly, Carrick, possibly Fletcher, Jones, Giggs & Powell. We may also go in for Kondogbia. Anderson is not required, he could of been special but he isn't I am afraid.
3.) I think Anderson needs another season. It's too soon to say 'could've'. I know it's been injury after injury > flab lapping flab. But for me, I'd like to see where Moyes regime takes him. It's still clear the boy oozes potential (again its only my opinion).
4.) Agree anderson could do a good job as long as he gets weight sorted and nani needs more game time so let giggs retire
5.) Another season Patzi? When did we sign him again?
