Ed 001, I am curious, has your opinion of Fred changed in anyway since he had a good run of games this past couple of months.
I used to bash him a lot but I must say he has improved IMO. Still nowhere near the 50mil we paid, but at least he doesn't need 4 touches to trap the ball anymore. ;)

Much improved, but still doesn't impose himself on a game enough for me. I feel he is more suited to European games where the pace is slightly slower and far less physical and frenetic. His best performances have come in the European games.
I think he can be a useful squad player for us, especially in the Europa league where we may want to rest a midfielder as we don't have much depth in midfield.
If he's worth 50m then McTominay must be worth at least 100m and Pogba close to 200m. Which they aren't.
