The story is his wife has gone back to their old place in Spain because she absolutely hates living in england. He doesn't want to stay at the club because he doesn't exactly feel settled either. Psg are aware of this fact, they know he doesn't want to be playing for you any more, and that strengthens Psg's position while weakening yours. The club don't want to get stuck with a player who doesn't want to be there, so are willing to make a loss to get rid of him and bring Pedro in to replace him.

Tk-red - I wish you'd come over to the arsenal page and tell them that. I'm an arsenal fan, and the extent of the butt licking gets a tad grotesque from certain individuals. Makes me feel a little queasy.
