First post on here so please be gentle with me!
I was wondering what people think about the Kagawa situation, in that there have been rumours about Dortmund wanting him back. I personally think he has the potential to be a really important player for utd and do not want (and don not expect him to leave, considering his comments about wanting to succeed at united).
However he does not seem to be able to get a game at united. We have been trying to sign a creative midfielder over the summer and have so far failed to do so, so would playing him in there not be worth looking at. My only concern would be him being a little light weight but I think with Rooney playing just behind RVP kagawa would be able to push forward knowing that Rooney would be able to drop back and interchange positions.
Your thoughts?
1.) I think the kagawa conundrum is just as important as the signing of new players. My personal opinion is that he struggles when played as CAM. All his best games last year were when he played from the left of a front 3, spurs at home(2nd half) liverpool & Norwich at home! I thought moyes would love him and use a little bit like he did with piennar. Surprised he hasn't featured at all yet!
2.) That's hilarious rumpel, just read it out to my girlfriend and she shivered. But I do think we'll sign someone, once bale joins real I think it'll start the merry go round of transfers. GGMU
3.) I think SAF bought him and didn't know where to play him, which seemed strange. He needs a run but I'm not sure Moyes will give him one
