Ineos not doing well either. A lot of debt, falling sales etc.
Rich people never put their hands in their pockets. at least not to pay. Everything nowadays happens behind the corporate veil, if only to avoid personal liability for debts in the event that it all goes badly.

They had originally planned to open for the 30-31 season, but it’s a big project with significant hurdles in the way, and as with all construction will get delayed at some point.
Spurs took 4 years and didn’t have the added issue of the railway line, so I would expect maybe 32-33 or 33-34 at the earliest.
