Hi don't post often just like to put my input on the transfer window so far schweinsteiger , Morgan and depay are fantastic signings but don't know lot about darmian to have an opinion but his Italy's right back so can only be a good thing, right. With all this speculation about adm ,this might sound daft but he has come out and said he wants to play for man Utd, that might actually mean he wants to play for us next session ain't that a crazy ideal lol same can't be said to ddg. All we need now is a cb and striker and we will challenge for everything next season. And yes I am an glass half full person😊

We had no one last night who could carry the ball through the midfield. We kept passing it to the wing then back to our defends then swap wing. Oxlade chamberlain ran through our midfield last night and blind could not cope with that. Lvg says Fellaini is an option but he seems to be our only option ! We need a midfielder who can carry the cb all through the midfield!

Hi just want people's. Thoughts on the international leagues that uafa are putting in place

Fozzy58utd

1.) It would do more harm than good in my opinion

2.) Although i don't know a great deal on how it will work, i do think that the international friendly games needed something to happen as they are and have been completely pointless for sometime. at least the games will become more competitive

3.) 05 Dec 2014 13:39:13
strebor,

I agree there, giving international friendlies a reason to exist and giving players a chance to play some 'competitive' international football other than just qualifiers and major tournaments will be quite useful.

All this having a pop at evens is not on he did very little wrong and stoped a certain goal. RVP was probably the worst player for utd yesterday.

1.) I'm not keen on Evans either at the moment but it should be remembered he's playing in the less familiar RCB position with Blackettbauer and Rojo on the left. Jones and Smalling will compete with him for this position, both of whom can also play RB in a 4 across the back formation, in case Rafael gets insured and LVG comes to the likely conclusion that Valencia is a liability there.

If the defence settles, especially if Jones fills the hype that preceded him, you can see how this team should have all the ingredients to compete for a top 4 place. One more top class midfielder to replace the aging Michael Carrick and Bob's your uncle.

2.) I agree on RvP, thought he was our poorest on the day by a distance. He doesn't look entirely committed to me. I would like to see one change for Sunday, Falcao in for RvP.

3.) Am usually one of Evans most loyal supporters as he has been our best defender for years, however he was very bad yesterday. Constantly gave the ball away, slowed our play down for no apparent reason and every time he crossed the half way line he seemed to forget he was playing football.

I hope he bounces back from this performance and gets back to the standards he has set himself of previous years.

4.) I think Rvp needs a goal or two just to bring him back to for. I wouldn't. Say he's not committed

5.) RVP is a goalscorer rather than a creator. If you don't give him the ball in the right places he may as well not be on the pitch. It's hard to criticise him when he's not been given chances - but I'd like to see him dropped for Falcao as the latter is a better finisher and can also create goals; both for himself and others.

6.) RVP isn't making the runs, that was highlighted even more when Falcao came on. I think his knee is still an issue and is impeding his performance. A couple of weeks off wouldn't do him any harm I don't think. I don't buy into the balls not being in the right places for him, not now.

7.) Right centre back will be Jones Smalling left centre back will be Rojo Evans Blackett with Evans another option

8.) 15 Sep 2014 20:52:17
redseven, how can you say Falcao is a better creator of goals?! In 9 years of club football he has created only fifteen goals whereas in the same time period RVP has created SEVENTY-SEVEN goals at club level. Get your facts straight before you start talking nonsense.

9.) Ozzy - Falcao creates chances for himself. He can quite literally score from nothing. The bulk of RVP's assists have come from set-pieces and rebounds.

I don't think you can compare Vidal and schwiansteiger the two player's are different midfielder

Fozzy58utd

{Ed004's Note - You would have to compare Vidal with Schneiderlin}
