Where is that Tom Clev agent @ Sydney?
1.) I watched the game and watched Cleverley and Carrick dominate Liverpool's midfield today. In fact the whole team were better than Liverpool, we were poor from the wings and attack. The midfield got stuck in today and if it wasn't for the ref giving every 50/50 in Liverpool's favour and booking them for nothing, they could have got stuck in even more. I am disappointed with the loss, but we were the better team and if it wasn't for a silly defensive error, Liverpool were never going to score today. Just a shame the wingers had such a poor game as we looked like the home team today.
I guess someone has to take the blame for the loss so why not Tom "The Scapegoat" Cleverley.
2.) Syd, I've never had any real strong feelings about Cleverey, one way or another.
But the moment today in the second half, when he was in acres of space approaching the halfway line, and instead of surging forward and looking for the incisive pass, or at least a forward one, he started running round in little tight circles, with absolutely no idea of what to do with the ball, when he didn't have a team-mate close by to pass short to.
That one moment, probably convinced me that he will never be anything more than a bit-part player for the club.
A top player, or even a good player, would have done what I suggested. I'm afraid Tom just looked very limited at that particular moment.
3.) Syd
Rooney wasn't playing so it was clevs and giggs fault surprised evra hasn't got a mention.

4.) Jesus Syd, Cleverley was not good today. Admittedly he wasn't the only one but as I have said before, when the pressure is on he isn't up to it.
