Another update

Please don't believe the whole Vidals agent is at Utd now, he was at the airport blah blah blah. Yes he was at Manchester airport however he is negotiating a deal for Gary Medel who wants to finalise a deal from Cardiff to Serie A ( inter Milan)

insiderintheknow

1.) Why would he fly in to Manchester if he is going to Cardiff?

Surely Birmingham or Bristol would be a more likely destination.?

2.) 01 Aug 2014 23:32:52
Or cardiff airport we do have airports down here too and the internet as well

3.) 01 Aug 2014 21:39:52
Fairly sure Cardiff has an airport too

4.) 01 Aug 2014 21:41:09
Also, London is closer to Cardiff than Manchester

5.) Ste you would be right london from where I live in newport is about 2 hours away where manchester is about 4

Evening All

Haven't posted in a while as have been working abroad past 4 months.

Just a real update for you regarding transfers, as told to me by somebody very close to club in high capacity.

Vidal is happening regardless of the Utd. We're not interested stance. Utd know they need a box to box midfielder and Vidal and Strootman ( prob in Jan) are who LVG wants. Juve are awaiting finalisation of another player before committal.

Defenders wise Hummel will not be joining full stop. The noises are to show that Utd would want a player of his calibre but they know he's not available. Dortmund have been spoken to twice and twice have flatly refused. Vermaelen and don't be surprised if Martins Indi will join ( RVP has pushed for Vermaelen)

More Players out will be Fellaini and Nani. Utd are hoping to balance books and these are two high earners. By getting Vidic, Evra And Rio off books, utd have saved a lot of money in wages that can be used in new personnel.

insiderintheknow

1.) Bruno Martins Indi has signed for Porto this window, that would be a huge surprise if we signed him.

2.) Dont know if this is correct but isn't martins indi at porto now? I hope he is because I really don't want him anywhere near our team.

3.) I'm surprised that somebody close to the club in a high capacity doesn't realise Martins Indi has moved elsewhere.

4.) Apologies all. The email conversation was over 2 weeks ago and was around the time, it seems, Martins Indi was signing for Porto! He was heavily discussed and preferred to De Vrij. , who I see has now signed for Lazio.

I still believe they will be right on Vermaelen and Vidal and Fellaini and Nani moving on before season starts.

5.) Pardon my skepticism; but I flat out do not believe that a deal for Vidal has been agreed since before July 15th.

If you're going to make up rumours - at least double check to make sure they are in some way feasible. Amateur!

6.) LOL!

Ok, I'm not into posting rumours. Just confirming what I was told. Fairest way is for me to sign back in on the morning of Swansea game and see who has been brought in and who's been let go, and then discuss the post above.

To re confirm, the same person told me Rooney was staying when all papers and Media had reported him as leaving, ( check my posts) and same person confirmed Fellaini to Utd the day before window shut (as well as Herrera to Utd) before the shenanigans of third party complications stopped the deal ( as confirmed by club) so I will look to believe his judgement before making up rumours. But hey, time will tell.

7.) Its quite funny how the ex wig has had rumours last few days about a move away and now all of a sudden you pop up yeah new about if for 2 weeks lmaooo if you did honestly know about it 2 weeks ago why not say before any of the papers start saying it?

8.) Maybe the bit in my post regarding having worked abroad for past 4 months might explain why when being given info 2 weeks ago I didn't rush to the site LOL. Unfortunately it's not a priority of mine however do enjoy reading most posts on this page. Most info on here is paper talk however just giving my contacts comments to me.

Fellaini has been touted all summer to bring in revenue. He is not a LVG player and Woodward has discussed him with many teams I'm sure.

As said, if Vidal doesn't sign, nor Vermaelen contacted now Arsenal have indicated an acceptance he can leave, then I will stand corrected. If Fellaini or Nani don't be allowed to leave again I will take all criticism that WILL come my way!

9.) I'm really sorry. I forgot that they don't have the internet abroad. All of those other poor backwards countries have only just gotten electricity!

If the things you're suggesting happen it will prove nothing other than that you are able to read. Congratulations.

Everything you're suggesting has been plastered across the media over the past few weeks with the exception of Martins Indi. That one obviously slipped by you.

Mourinho gets a 0-0 at the Emirates; 'Genius tactical display.'

Moyes gets 0-0 at the Emirates; 'Boring Moyes. Playing survival football.'

Again just sums up the Media.

Monday - Neil custis exclusive. ''Rio not heading to Dubai as he and Moyes have fallen out, Rio is retiring''.

Thursday - Rio heading to Dubai after a great display eases uniteds worries. He may have a big part to play!?

Gotta laugh. But just confirms the Media want united to fail, and will write anything and everything that might, just might, make united fans question the club.

insiderintheknow

1.) BBC news this morning going on about the match. " BOTH teams were booed off the pitch"
WTF! They can actually tell now who is being booed? Crass reporting.

2.) I know it is quite onesided. Mourinho comes to OT and plays 5 midfielders and no recognized striker and admits he did not want to lose and they eat it up including some here.

We actually had 2 top strikers on the pitch and I never thought we were defensive but more about not allowing arsenal to play in parts of the pitch that they like, which meant rooney had to help and played and looked like a 451 when defending.

Good management and good tactic if you ask me.

3.) Mourinho & Chelsea didn't have to win, Moyes & United did.

4.) In what capacity are we saying utd had to win. beacuse the fans said so. because we want to chase the elusive champions league that we all know we won't be getting or because as Utd we are expected to?

At what point does realism strike us that this season has been a mess and that with every beating Moyes is thrown further in to the lions den.

He has to build for the future and that starts with the next game. getting a point at Arsenal would be accepted in every other season. Even fergie was beat several times there. We ask the team to show they are gelling, whch they are slowly doing and its still not enough for some?

Like I have said before and will again, matching the big teams in the big games is what we expect as fans. But as fans we understand that things aren't quite right. I'll keep going every season with or without Moyes and understand that we no longer have the right to win things. Will you?

5.) I'm away in another time zone so haven't seen the match, but I dispute we had to win. 4th place is gone and after Fulham a win would've restored some confidence but a loss would've hit the confidence harder.

6.) How can anybody dispute that we had to win? Talk that 4th spot is gone? We're Manchester United, nothing is gone until it's mathematically impossible and even if it were gone, we should be going out to win every game. What is going on, on these pages?

7.) StevenC - 'Mourinho and Chelsea didn't have to win'.

Using what rationale?

They're a team with designs on winning the league. Why did they not have to win, and we did, with our slim to outside chance of getting top 4?

8.) TK-Red, I think we did have the intent of winning the game.

We all know Arsenal are always going to control the game at home, and that it will rely on maybe a single good chance on the break, or from a set-piece to get the points.

Fergie had many dirty, scrappy, smash and grab wins against them, and if RVP had been sharper, then last night could have been another one.

It's not like we just sat back and defended for 90 minutes.

9.) Tk-Red

Mathematically being still in it is a novel idea. The reality is we have put ourselves and everything is being scrutinized by the media and our fans and have very little room to wiggle.

Sometimes you don't win the battle on that day but win the war eventually.

The losses have really dented everyone confidence and last thing we needed yesterday was gong to Arsenal and losing another one.

If we played a wide open game we would potentially get embarrassed, because they have a lot of pace, which is our achilles heel.

It would have been called tactically naive and people would have had a field day with us. I assure you there are many including some of our own who are disappointed we did not lose because it would have been open hunting season today.

We need to get out of the spot light and win a few quietly. I am expecting a lot of fire works and verbal/mental games involving the top 4 or 5 and squeaky bum time and see what happens.

Guys

Quick update. I have kept quiet since reporting that Rooney was staying end of in my last post.

Just received word that Both Fellaini and Herrer are signing today. I believe that's it as Everton are clinging on to Baines like you wouldn't believe.

We have met the Buyout clause for Herrer, and Fellaini is oun route to have a medical.

Got to be honest i'm disapointed about Ozil however reports are that Barca saw Herre as a replacement for Iniesta in teh future so may have a little gem here.

Rooney

I posted the other day and again this morning.

Rooney is not leaving for Mata, Lukaku, Hazard, or anyone.

This week a letter was lodged to Chelsea asking for no more bids. We are not selling as Rooney is willing to stay for the season based on Moyes promise of playing him in his preferred position and in the big games.

If Chelsea lodge another bid, expect major rumblings. Utd have asked for their co operation, but nothing set in stone.

Regarding signings, I have no privy information, so won't post false information.

If I hear anything else I will post.

1.) Few reports this morning saying this
jred

2.) Um think u got that from papers today me thinks mate at least try make yr own rumors

3.) Hence the post Jred.

Hopefully if the letter story is true which is unlikely, I hope it said we want Mata in return. We can hope ;)

Sydney!

4.) The letter has been sent.

Unfortunately having been in the office at 6.30 tody there was no papers for me to read about this.

My info comes from someone who would know.

And again, this contact is not privy to signing information although like everyone else, he hiears stuff on the grapevine. But I won't post bumpf!

I don't think so. Fellaini had a clause of 23m so why offer this now, when we could have offered it before then. Moyes knew this?

Baines is not worth 17mil for a player with his age. £35 mil is the max we should go to.

Sorry guys, the name is Insiderintheknow.

Just a fan like everyone else.

Lynch mob. ha ha. Were all fans and we all see things differently. that's football.

However we should all have one goal, to make sure the club we love succeed's. Do we want this by ploughing bankrolled millions in to the team, sacrificing the youth that have served the club well over its history. no, of course not, however we want the team to do what we all sing about, and know we have . our History.

The glazers need to stump up now as the team needs rebuilding. The biggest crime will be if tehy give him nothing over the summer and carry on as is. Then we can all agree that they are shortsighted.

Like I say, I don't know if Moyes is the right man. I believe he will be given time and there's nothing anyone can, nor should do about it apart from get behind the team.

After all it is our club.
