A side of Memphis we rarely get to see? What do you think?

I think he should be focusing on his game rather than showing off his flash apartment.

Your no Ronaldo yet son.

I'm with you there maze.

3.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 08:29:35
Are you saying if you were on his money at his age you wouldn't by a nice apartment? I know you've got an agenda against the lad but come on.

4.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 09:12:55
Andy,

He should be living in a cardboard box until he's scored 50 goals for the club, doesn't deserve it at all.

5.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 09:14:01
Andy what agenda do I have against Depay? I don't have an agenda against anyone I judge them on what I see.

I see a young kid who thinks he's made it as one of the world best earning an unbelievable amount of cash for a job he is not doing very well and is happy to show off his flash cars etc.

I don't judge him for having nice things, I judge him for flaunting his nice things when he isn't earning his money. I judge him for being really interested in his material items yet disinterested on the football field.

6.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 10:31:41
Agree with that too.

7.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 11:00:09
Leahy12 you must have an agenda against Depay.

8.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 11:11:18
I do if he concentrated a bit more on his football, like you said he is no Ronaldo yet, and when Ronaldo was his age he stayed on the practice ground for hours after training, practising his free kicks and shooting, at the same time depay has what it takes but needs to keep his head down rather than showing off.

9.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 11:20:09
Maybe he should take a leaf out of Miliband's book and buy a second ordinary house for interviews etc. How dare someone appear in the house and cars they own. It's criminal.

10.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 11:57:30
I'm more interested in the way he plays football and what he does for United, if someone is paying him big wages (united) he should be working hard on the pitch and training ground, isn't he a lucky little boy he isn't dealing with Ferguson, I couldn't care less what car or house he has.

11.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 12:04:52
Part 2 might be interesting, once the Gigi and Depay dispense with the foreplay!

Seriously what the hell is this video meant to be? Is he trying to make us feel sorry for him for not getting a game? Or is he trying to tell us about how much he loves Gigi and not Giggsy?

All I know for sure is that the kid thinks he is better and bigger than he is, talk is cheap, all these tricks against Midgets mean nothing. It's about time we saw something meaningful on the pitch, give something for Gigi to really think about during his lonely times rather than a loving embrace after losing at FIFA. Seriously I'm sick of all this celebrity PR rubbish.

How he has the audacity to say he sometimes he wishes he doesn't have the attention he does whilst making a meaningless documentary about himself and his love for Gigi, all the while coining it beyond belief for doing sweet FA for his job. Angers me.

12.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 12:19:39
Beast you must have an agenda against Depay.

13.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 12:35:04
Ridiculous to compare him to Ronaldo, there's only one other player on the planet in the same league as him. If you're going to have a go at him for the money he earns them have a go at every footballer in the league, he's not going to turn around to the club and tell them to give him less money.
You've said many times you want him out of the club because he's had a poor season, how many players have struggled in their first season in the premier league? He's a young lad for god sake give him a chance.
Plenty of people in Holland said he wasn't ready yet anyway, and we've seen that.
Watching that video all I saw was a young lad who just wants to play for us, get behind him and stop giving him stick.

14.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 12:35:52
Lol this video has got some of you worked up. You guys need to relax and let him do his stuff. If he doesn't fix up next year he will be sold. There is no need to be upset guys.

"Morgan certainly will be at the forefront of our team next season. As for Depay I have not been convinced at all and if serious money came in for him the club should consider it having been stung with expensive young flops like Nani, Anderson etc in the past. Having said that I would at this moment give him another season to redeem himself. "

Redandy94 this is a direct quote from me yesterday. Please point me to the pet where I have said 'I want him out of the club'? Or are you just making things up to suit your argument?

16.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 13:25:16
You all have agenda against him, he has been great all year and his lifestyle choices is closely paralleling his on field performance.

17.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 14:00:22
He will be a great player for us, he needs to be given a run in the team like others have, and be allowed to make mistakes sometimes, like everyone else has.

18.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 15:27:42
He has all the physical attributes to be a success in the prem league, only question is on his application to being the best he can possibly be, time will tell, but he fear he could be more rayes than ronaldo.

19.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 15:52:39
Memphis and his mate sound like a newly married couple.

20.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 16:09:16
Eric

It up to him to earn his place by his performances and not the other way round and keeping someone who is better out of the line up.

I think he will be a bust for us and gone in 2 years, let's see.

I thought myself he would be fast like most people but one thing he is not is that fast and people have this perception that he is fast because he is muscular. He struggle sot get past people where Martial seems to glide past people with ease.

21.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 16:39:43
Deary me you lot are a touchy bunch. He probably trains 4 to 5 hours a day and then he goes home. If he wants to make a video with his best mate then what's the harm? Seriously this is pathetic attacking a young man for this.
He hasn't hit the heights we all thought he could, but he's a young lad who came from an inferior league and hasn't adjusted to the step up yet. He's also playing for a manager who doesn't let players like Memphis express themselves.
"Sorry Memphis, you haven't played well this year so we're moving you into a Premier Inn where you'll be bunking with Lenny Henry. As for your nice cars, we'll be giving them to Rashford because we like him more and he's one of us. Here's your bus pass, but you can only use it Monday to Friday. "
As ed002 said many times on here. The lad simply wasn't ready to make to step up to the Premier League. He's been here less than a year. It's the usual glass half empty brigade on his back as well. But he is an LvG signing that hasn't worked out. Another stick to beat an already beaten man.

22.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 17:06:59
He is a young lad, no he is 22 a man, and the original 20 million United paid for him has recently came out as being false, it will end up costing us 34 million, and you said he trains 4 or 5 hours my heart goes out to him he must be wrecked the poor boy,
He would want to come down off his high horse and start working a lot harder. he also said recently he doesn't feel supported at United, he has the ability, now show us what you can do.

23.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 17:17:03
Wow talk about people reading into something too much.

I found the video a load of crap to be honest but it isn't judging where he should live etc etc.

Lads get a grip of yourselves.

24.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 17:26:20
How is it his fault what United were willing to pay for him? I'd imagine the reason the fee was high was because there were plenty of teams interested in him and him saying he doesn't feel supported at the club. I wonder where he got that idea from!

And for the training 5 hours a day comment. I meant, what else is he going to do with the rest of his day? If he finishes work and wants to make a video, what harm is it?

25.) 29 Mar 2016
29 Mar 2016 19:19:32
I don't care what he does with his money. I don't care that he earns more in 2 weeks than I do in a year I don't mind him showing off his possessions it what young people do today. If my lad gets a new pair of trainers he puts a pic up on instagram is the world we love in.
But I do mind that he has been showing less than a 100% professional attitude.
I belive he has all the talent to be a success but needs to buckle down and show it a lot more imo.
I think he will do well next year. Imo he needs to lose some muscle bulk.

29 Mar 2016 21:01:12
Love how memphis tracked kyle walkers run for the England goal. Gullit on TV saying he thinks more about his image than his job on the pitch. He says he told him to perform on the pitch first then buy a rolls royce.

He says he needs to understand when he does not have the ball that he still needs to perform.
