Tom cleverly maybe leaving, no 23. Arturo vidal no 23. Any coincidence?

Tr1

1.) They both have 1 "r" in their names to, coincidence?

2.) Grasping at straws, but one can hope!

3.) No coincidence at all.Its one of two things
1)vidal refused to come in till he got the no.23 shirt so we had to sell cleverly against our/his wishes.
2)We sold cleverly and started looking at all the no.23s(cause only a 23 can replace a 23) of various teams and agreed upon vidal.We could also have gone for michael jordan but he's retired

4.) Give it up mate Vidal isn't coming to Utd!

Carvalho, Fosu Mensah, Odegaard and Blind will come in.

Carvalho & Blind for the first team and Fosu Mensah & Odegaard for the Reserves.

5.) According to sky sports valencia have put a bid in for him

6.) 29 Aug 2014 10:21:29
I admire you're optimism!lol

7.) 29 Aug 2014 10:27:56
Yes massive coincidence.

8.) HERBIE, Arturo has 2 "r"s anyway way as for the rumour I have to say it would be nice if it were true!

9.) Tom Cleverley - the only United player whose value is about the same as his squad number, £23.

10.) Vidal has 5 letters, he wants the 23 shirt, 2+3=5. Need I say more gentlemen?

11.) Yes, this is indeed a coincidence. Wow.

12.) Is Heskey Still Playing and If So He Would Slot In Well

13.) Vidal has apparently told his team mates he is staying

14.) There goes that pig in the sky again

15.) 29 Aug 2014 14:33:19
Apparently if you whisper it, it comes true.

16.) 29 Aug 2014 14:57:48
As much as this seems like a silly reason, I would presume if Vidal did sign he'd want the number 23 considering he has the number tattooed on his arm

17.) The chromosome conspiracy claims that humans have 23 pairs of chromosomes.
Julius Caesar was stabbed 23 times when he was killed.
Olof Palme was shot around 23:23 local time (give or take 1.5 minutes).
The Earth is inclined on it's orbital plane by 23.5 degrees. The "point-five" can be represented as 5 = 2 + 3.
The Number 23, is the 23rd Movie directed by Joel Schumacher. It was also released in the United States on February 23, 2007.
Serial killer Ted Bundy was allegedly executed on January 23, 1989. The records show that he was actually executed January 24, 1989 at 7:16 AM (7 + 16 = 23).
The sum of the first 23 primes is 874, which is divisible by 23.
There were 23 problems on David Hilbert's famous list of unsolved mathematical problems, presented to the International Congress of Mathematicians in Paris in 1900
The first message sent by telegraph was a quotation from the Book of Numbers, chapter 23, verse 23
23 is the width of the Arecibo Message, sent into Space in search of Extraterrestrial Intelligence.
23 is the TCP/IP port used for Telnet and is the default for the Telnet command.
the letter W has 2 points down and 3 up = 23 and is also bellow the numbers 2 and 3 or 23 it is also the 23rd letter of the alphabet

18.) Do we need a reason to sell Tom Cleverley? No, just enjoy it.

Hi ed002. Is it just us and Real Madrid in for Gundogan or are Bayern or Arsenal looking aswell.
I see you said don't hold your breath over Gundogan do u see him still going to Real Madrid then as there is a deal agreed between the clubs.

Tr1

{Ed002's Note - Arsenal has an interest - Real Madrid will look to his long-term fitness before any decision is made but they are looking elsewhere.}

"Stevie, if you know your limitations you wouldn't keep trying to antagonise people that you lack the capacity to argue with"
Not too big headed hey Danny!
I tend to agree with Stevie, I see it dannypughunited and just skip past that post.

{Ed001's Note - except against Arsenal, when he was utter dog turd. Also the only game where he actually had to do any real defending and not spend the game having the midfield do it all for him. }

Or that the midfield was non existent against Arsenal. We had no pace with Carrick schweinsteiger (pressing high) and mata. Schneiderlin Should have definitely played against Arsenal. Smalling obviously didn't have his best game as we got smashed but the midfield was the problem in the Arsenal game.

Tr1

{Ed001's Note - which was my point, it is not that he is playing any better, it is that the midfield is protecting him better. Not sure you are getting this at all...}

Smalling has been the best defender in the league this year. He has really stepped his game up.

Can't disagree about cleverly or welbeck but you couldn't be more wrong about smalling imo. To say he would get in the Spurs or Southampton team is a joke.

If you're not sure you need a centre half and you get rid of skrtel then how can u claim like you did the other day that Liverpool have better replacements for the first eleven than United or arsenal? Lovren sakho toure illori. Liverpool clearly need more strength in depth at the back.

I hope shaw comes in ed but I can't see it as today when bailly went off he could of put shaw on then with blind going to centre back but chose to put rojo at left back instead of shaw. Shows got to be 1st choice.

Tr1

{Ed004's Note - Shaw wasn't on the bench though?}

Fresh, you said Iheanacho seems to take several chances to score. Yet he scored his first 6 goals for man city with only 8 shots on target. Can't really criticise his finishing and goal scoring attributes. He had a bit of a bad game yesterday but still snatched a lucky goal. If he can improve on his right side he could become a great striker. Would still have martial over him tho.

So ed001 you can get told something on Abv going to Spurs so you tell the story. Do you seriously believe that you where the only person that was told that story? I get that people copy things word for word from here I have seen it on websites myself but someone else could of been told or found out in a way that wasn't from you.

Tr1

{Ed001's Note - I know where I got that from that it was not anywhere else nor would it be. At the moment I put it out, SSN and all other outlets were running with Moyes being the favourite and all the bookies had him as odds on favourite, AVB being 25-1. One of the editors went and had a punt at the bookies straight after I posted it up on the site. You can always find the source if you take the time to look. You can trace it back quite easily. I do that a lot to find out where newspapers get info so that I can check its credibility.}

Totally agree, anyone who really watches the game intensly hasn't got time to be looking at their phone throughout the whole game. They are just moaners. At least watch the full 90 mins before having a moan.
