Dorgu good again today. Maguire and Dalot awful. Onana his normal dross. We need attackers for sure but my god that defence needs a complete rebuild. Slow, hesitant, weak and poor on the ball. When Maguire is supposedly your best defender then u know you're in trouble.

Drop Maguire, never play Casemeiro again. Dalot is poor. We need to give some of these youngsters a chance.
Whisky it might not be ideal, sometimes you have to try a youngsters or two, as some of the players are simply not trying nor good enough.

Saying it for years he is useless, if he wasn't English he would be critised way more. Biggest was of 80+ million ever.

Maguire epitomises this united and why we are so poor. Bang average players with a limited skill set bought for huge fees and paid huge wages. The most of this squad are technically shocking, Dalot don’t even start me ??♂️.

No doubt Maguire, Casemiro and Dalot were all awful. Playing Maguire and De Ligt is a recipe for disaster but a back three of Yoro, De Ligt and Mazraoui has potential. It's hard to know what can be done with Dalot. Do we have any alternative? Maybe Mount if he ever gets fit?

There doesn’t seem to be any repercussions for Dalot. He’s crap every game but then there he is the next game. Amass surely has to be better than him. Woeful.

Who replaces Dalot?
The retention of Maguire for next season doesn't make much sense except for when you consider that his base pay is apparently around £8m and there's no amortization. so that's going to be our total annual cost. Replacing him with a top quality CB will cost at least 2x that in amortization and wages. If Maguire goes we will probably need 2 CBs. Ideally he'll spend a year as a back up and then be gone.

McGuire is woeful, and de ligt, who is good in the middle, is not the best covering out wider as a left side. This is the problem with poor recruitment and an injury crises. Both Martinez and Shaw would vastly improve our team, de ligt moves to the middle and McGuire to the bench. But both out long term injured with little hope of every being fully fit again.
Dalot is terrible, but amad is out injured, again he would vastly improve us.
Our CM is awful, casemiro is so bad we should pay him out and send him on his way - unless we try him at 10. Bruno is poor in midfield until later in the game. He is also giving the ball away so much he is a huge reason we are where we are.
Zirkzee was woeful today. Rasmus getting pelters from a lot if the fanbase, but I'm happier with him that most of the rest of our squad.
I'm hoping we start to play some of these younger players, they cannot be any worse that this shower.

DB - Bruno is a huge reason why we are where we are. go have a lie down.

Everybody on live chat blamed Onana for their second goal, suggesting it was his fault that caused the issue. Actually, it was Bruno's wild slash at the ball that ended up as a 'cross' into our own box that started the problem. Bruno is indeed capable of genius, but he also causes mayhem by losing possession way too often.

He is angel. He just keeps giving the ball away, over and over. Terrible. He also is a liability positionally, wants to play beach football and roam everywhere. Instead of staying his position he wants to drop between the centrebacks or play left wing. We need him to play his position and stop abandoning ugarte in the middle, or leaving a massive gap between the front two and the rest of the team. Surely you can see that? He was awful yesterday.

DB he is probably one of the only shinging lights in a terrible team, a terrible era for this club.
Yesterday I saw a man, when the chips were down, he was the only one actually looking for the ball. We were so bad, yet he was the one grabbing the game with both hands. He never shys away.
Maybe if we were actually half way decent, he may not have to drop in and out and he could actually concentrate on what he is best at. But we are so bad he has to try and do more, all the time. For years he has always been the stand out in a shocking club.
I'm fully convinced, those who want to have a pop at him, for whatever strange reason, really don't understand what they are watching.
