Now it’s time for a complete overhaul and RA knows what to do. Anything other than a complete overhaul will leave us a mess. You can’t expect a change that quickly

These calls on Amorim are ridiculous, everything I have seen him do seems to show strong leader, he needs the same levity you wanted to give ETH, after weeping buckets on poor Ole.
