Personally, I don't give a sh*t what leeds fans say or have said. It is our club, if one of our fans wants to calls us Manu, fine with me. I remember lots of people saying it when growing up in Manchester. If they sang a disgusting, sickening song with the name Manchester United in it (probably already have), would we have to rename the club?

Being offended by a term used in a song created by rival fans about the Munich disaster is not drivel, I prefer not to use that title.

{Ed007's Note - I can see your point, Simon and was always brought up to say Man Utd or just Utd but things change as years go by, young fans don't understand and as Ed001 says when the club started using it we couldn't stop people from doing the same. It was banned, blocked and filtered on the site for years mate.
A lot of older posters will still remember and so they should but let's cut the young pups a bit of slack in this marketting brand driven crazy world.}

Yeah come on guys, this is such a major problem with Man U at the moment. People getting the name wrong!

I mean of all the problems at the moment this is surely number 1? I know we're about to offload one of the best goalkeepers in the world and have no attacking options or depth and a manager who's strategies date back to Noah's Ark, but seriously this is what needs to be sorted out first and foremost.

I suggest a new website to sort this out once and for all. Great to see you all doing such sterling work and really caring for the club. Top marks to all.

It's all gone quiet about reus. What's his situation at dortmund?

Barca were interested but after their failed promise to reus last summer he ain't keen
Utd were interested but that has moved away at least for now
Most likely to remain at Dortmund this summer
He signed an extension to remove the clause in which German teams could trigger. He was paid a huge sum by Dortmund to do this

My personal first choice after we sold di maria. Can play in all 3 positions behind striker. Now this is called a versatile attacker and improvement on what you have.
But is united delegation capable enough to clinch this quality deals?? I highly doubt.
I was shocked last summer when we got di maria.

From what i heard Reus got in trouble with the police and got a massive fine which Dortmund paid, its only what i heard and sure if its true, but if it is i doubt he would leave this season as he figures he owes them one.

Being said we baulked at 60m for reus.
Eh. and 36m for a 19 yr old is OK? Surely this cannot be right? Reus is a class act and 60m not a bad layout for a player that will score a shed load of goals.
Really disappointed with utd this last week

Wasn't it because Reus got banned and a huge fine for not having a driving licence since 2011, Dortmund stood by him, now he is repaying that loyalty.

I don't think Southampton are going to say his available. They will want top dollar for him; and I would have thought the player and agent would have told the club that the Player wants to leave; or at the very least listen to the offer. That is my take.

Utd need a CB and a striker. Pedro would be great replacement for ADM but I am slightly worried that we are not linked to any striker. Eds, if you could buy any striker to back up rooney in the current market, who would it be?
