The first half proved that Utd are far more comfortable playing with a back 4.

Hopefully Utd continue to play 4 at the back. Thye looked more fluid and entertaining.

Jesus should have beaten Villa and lost, were very lucky in the second half but got the three points. Heaven was excellent again, our keeper is quietly going about his business, he has been a great signing. Great to see Martinez back too. Must say the substitutions were very strange, but 3 points, clean sheet, more kids getting experience.

When did it go in the bin? Did you see Dalot’s position for most of the game, he was playing high up on the right like Amad the game before, and Yoro moved across to make it a back 4 (badly as it turned out) . The system looks better, more fluid, hopefully the results start to come.

All talk about forwards in January, we are one of the highest scoring teams, it goals we are leaking is the issue. RA looks to be pushing and Zirkzee and Mainoo out too. We need a strong holding midfielder before we sign anyone else.

I think we spent too much on attackers in the summer, l would have left sesko until we got the Midfield sorted first. Big game today, big test, need a big performance.

The 3 goals from open play were all due to terrible midfield play. We conceded some really dangerous chances for the same reason. This constantly happens, this midfield is going to get Amorim sacked.

Bournemouths 1st goal, shaw loses the ball, makes no effort to track back and mount is running back covering where Casemiro should have been.

2nd goal Bruno gets absolutely done by tavernier, let’s him run about 25m to put in a pass under no pressure for the goal.

3rd free kick

4th midfielder runs for 20m through Bruno’s channel puts in a through ball under no pressure.

We’re loosing points on the regular due to not picking up midfield runners, they go through us so easily. Playing in our back line must be a nightmare. The sheer lack of any protection.

I'd love to see us in a 433 shape from January on and go out and buy Elliott Anderson and play him kobbie and Bruno in midfield I think it would be brilliant Shaw and mazraoui full backs delight Martinez in the centre Cunha sesko mbeumbo upfront with amad and mount as subs.

With only 6 clean sheets, 21 losses, 15 draws, 87 goals conceded in 59 games (all comps), not sure it's the midfielders that will get him the sack, if, he gets sacked.

RA still talks a good game, but imo just so far out his depth, it’s laughable……
We still got no striker, we still got poor defence, poor midfield, Dorgu is going backwards, Ugarte is total waste of time, we are hoping the GK is OK, but we are judging him against Onana, so happy with small mercies on that one.
Deligt can’t be relied on, Yoro going backwards, not one player improved under RA coaching and it’s now been a year, that’s a big worry, so even if you disagree on individual players it’s impossible to ignore the fact no one is improving under the current management set up and for me something as to give, Ineos have to admit they made a poor choice and cut there loses.


Anyone who thinks Martinez is any answer to defence is deluded, he was not very good before the injuries, so probably be even worse now, if that’s even possible.
