Liverpool fan in peace. Form goes out of the window for games between us. Think it will be closer then many expect. Both defences are open and the first to score may run away with it. You look good on the counter but might leave yourself open, as when teams counter us, we are at our most dangerous. Predicting either a 1-1 or 3 nil liverpool. What's your thoughts on the result.

Watched and been to many Utd Liverpool games in the last 50 plus years, the first I went to was early seventies when we beat you 2.0 with a Ted Mcdougal goal if my memory is right. Down the years underdogs, us in the 70’s and 80’s did well and managed unexpected results. However, I was also at OT in the seventies and also saw one of your great teams with Thompson and Hughes I think take us apart 3.0, so it works both ways.
My expectation for tomorrow is not as bad as everyone thinks, I suspect there may be In Liverpool both a touch of over confidence and also some nerves about losing to our disjointed rabble. It has the hallmarks not of a drubbing but a 2.1 or even 3.2 either way. I am going to go for a United win because we do things like that unexpectedly before losing again, so 2.1 United.

Form doesn't usually count for much but defensively and in midfield we are so open I fear that we will be overrun. Am pretty sure Ole will play Fred and Mctom if fit but liverpools full backs might possibly win them the match with their forward running and crossing ability.

Whoever scores the first goal will be most important. If Liverpool don't score 1st they struggle. Liverpool are set up to score 1st then play their favoured long ball counter to the front 3.

Hi guys. What was I saying back in December about you guys. I could tell you weren't going to be as bad as some thought you might be. Scrapping wins is what is needed and you are in a good habit at the moment. Hopefully that ends this weekend. Any way, makes for an exciting season. It's good to be a close season, makes every game mean that little bit more. My predictions for the league are.
Man city
Liverpool in either order
Man Utd
Spurs
Carling cup or whatever name is on it now, spurs.
Fa cup city
Champions League psg
Not sure on the Europa however you have a very good chance.
Hopefully this weekend's game is exciting and not the dull affair it has been recently. May the best team win.

I think, if we are still in with a chance of winning the league when the EL starts, then it might be better to allow our squad players to participate in the EL and focus on the EPL.
We've all seen hiw disruptive the EL can be. Even Klopp has played youngsters in the league Cup and FA Cup to. focus on the CL and the league.
It is hard to predict. Certainly consistency will be key, as will any team that is majorly effected by C.V.
I think City might just pip Liverpool to the league. Although, they need Aguero fit and on form aswell.
