It's being reported that Kobbie Mainoo will consider leaving if a suitable offer comes in for him!
1.) 25 Aug 2025 12:20:22
I've read the same. He's fed up with his lack of game time, apparently.
2.) 25 Aug 2025 12:23:36
Don’t blame him. Clearly not getting a game anytime soon under RA.
3.) 25 Aug 2025 13:25:52
If mainoo is sold its a sackable offense. how he's not playing is ridiculous. At least he's a midfielder. as the weeks go on the less I think of ruben. Yesterday was dreadful management all round. Worrying is that us supporters can see it but he cant. feels like last season.
4.) 25 Aug 2025 15:48:13
Mainoo should have been given minutes against Fulham. RA went defensive instead.
5.) 25 Aug 2025 17:28:47
If that’s his attitude then sell him,
Why should a player dictate how much game time they are getting you perform in training and earn your spot if that’s not what you want then sell him
He was garbage last year aswell wouldn’t warrant a starting spot and then the games he has played, like the rest of them last year he was poor
Mard kids who think they deserve the world,
Last week we played well so why did the manager need to change his team?
We didn’t exactly get played off the park yesterday we had 2/ 3 chances in the first half and a missed pen other than some dodgy corners and dalot not doing his job we would have got the points
We lost the battle in the centre of the park but mainoo isn’t the answer either he isn’t a good central midfielder we’ve seen it plenty of times when he’s played there.
Dont see an issue it’s 2 games in he needs to get a grip and stop being so entitled.
6.) 25 Aug 2025 17:54:30
He had an awesome breakthrough year, and was hindered by injuries last year, as well as the manager criticising him publicly.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say thise criticising Mainoo don't come from Manchester.
7.) 25 Aug 2025 18:08:20
But I will add he has a lot of potential so hopefully gets a chance and shows why he should be in the team because I like mainoo.
8.) 25 Aug 2025 20:36:48
I wonder why he isn't being picked. Is he showing so little in training? Is there something specific he neded to work on to prove himself worthy to Amorim.
I also think Amorim must want hin or he would have been sold this summer as he would have generated a lot of profit.
9.) 26 Aug 2025 08:20:34
Amorim is taking a longer term view with players (as seen with Sesko yet to start/ Zirkzee still being eased in) . I expect Mainoo to be a key player for us as the season goes on getting more and more minutes either alongside or in place of Bruno.
We are 2 games into the season. good game poor result against Arsenal, good start then ultimately poor second half. not what we wanted result but point on the board against Fulham.
I expect us to win the next 2 games and then be competitive against City and Chelsea with maybe a surprise win against one of them. Optimism.
10.) 26 Aug 2025 09:04:30
Oak… Amorim is on record saying that Mainoo needs to increase the rhythm, the pace … he can be better.
Stamina and sustained intensity are currently viewed as key developmental gaps in Mainoo’s game if he is to fill that double pivot midfield.
Mainoo had a stand out first year, but spent most of last season out injured because he was over relied on by Ten Hag. Amorim isn’t going to make the same mistake, and will take some of the pressure off by managing his appearances so he will have a proper career and not burn out in his mid twenties.
Mainoo’s eagerness to play every minute is understandable, but given his muscle issues, a head not heart approach is more appropriate at this point.
11.) 26 Aug 2025 09:35:37
For gods sake stop saying “I expect us to win the next two games” - have a look at the last time we won b2b games. Granted it’s Grimsby and if we lose then genuinely think RA is under massive pressure before august is out. Until CM is sorted then it’s going to have more troughs than peaks imo. I really like RA so don’t want him sacked but we need midfield sorted.
12.) 26 Aug 2025 10:29:45
I said this a month ago and was abused for saying such a thing as RA don’t rate him, it’s clear as hell…
But RA with only a 24% win rate, not sure is best to make decisions based on that atrocious record…he won’t make Christmas.
13.) 26 Aug 2025 11:06:49
Amorim rates the player, he's pretty much played in every game that he has been available for under Amorim.
The problem this season is that he is most suitable for the No.8 position, meaning he is in direct competition with Bruno for a a starting position. That is a difficult challenge for Kobbie given that Bruno is the club captain, is never injured and rarely subbed in games.
The other positions Kobbie could in theory play is the No.6 position, but he isn't really suited to that role, especially if paired with a more creative No.8 such as Bruno. Which if Bruno isn't playing for some reason in the No.8 then that is where Kobbie will play. He could also potentially play as one of the No.10's, but then we;ve just spent 135m on Cunha and Mbeumo for those positions, with players like Mount, Amad and Bruno offering competition and probably better suited to that role than Kobbie.
Personally I've seen enough to know for sure that Bruno isn't suited to the No.8 position. He either needs to be a rotation option with Cunha for the left 10, or needs to be sold. With a new more athletic natural No.6 being singed and with Kobbie playing more regularly, with players like Mount and Ugarte rotating with him to play alongside the new No.6 or Casemiro.
14.) 26 Aug 2025 14:44:45
That’s wrong he not played a minute this season and did not play once back from injury at back of last season either….
But it don’t matter you can’t be United manger with 24% win rate it’s just not acceptable no matter what the excuses are
You rave about need players with EPL experience why do we not need a manager with epl experience? Explain that in not an essay please or why we have a manager with such little experience full stop? Apart from Portugal weak league that’s it, how on earth is that what’s required at united.
15.) 26 Aug 2025 15:39:05
I don't often agree with what German writes, but I would like to see Shappy answering in "not an essay" way ?.
16.) 26 Aug 2025 16:00:34
German, I'd imagine standing on the sideline, running training, and football tactics are the exact same in every country in the world.
How to manage a team doesn't change when you move countries. What does change is the style of football, which will have a big impact on the players actually playing the game, but not so much on the manager.
The fact the ball is played faster, or players are more physical doesn't impact the manager on the sidelines, just the players on the pitch.
It is good you ask such questions as educating you is good practice ahead of my return to work next week ?.
17.) 26 Aug 2025 15:10:37
Sounds like you're making excuses for Amorim re Mainoo, Shappy.
Also, rotate our best player or sell. These points almost making every essay redundant. What a take.
18.) 26 Aug 2025 16:29:17
Amorim said himself Mainoo is competing with Bruno for that same position. He's not going to play them both together and he obviously values Bruno higher. Maybe we'll get a look at a 'Bruno-less' XI against Grimsby but who knows.
19.) 26 Aug 2025 17:14:05
LOL…. what a load of ……you come up with some classics in your time but this might top the lot… how ridiculous that you say just because your manager in one country means you can transfer that to another country, another league another level…. which clearly you can and look at the outcome… management like playing is all about experience.
There are a few Sunday league managers who will like your view and may apply for United job.
RA nativity shown already over and over…because he lack of experience
Even ex professionals and ex managers are now doubting him, which is warranted
Forgiven me if I don’t accept you teaching me anything, ( ___deleted___ )
Your main problem is you think you know everything and always right…May i just remind you, Sancho, Onana, ETH, Ole and the latest will be RA.
{Ed077's Note - cool off bud
20.) 26 Aug 2025 17:34:56
Mainoo competing with Bruno, what poppycock.
21.) 26 Aug 2025 17:47:16
“Your main problem is you think you know everything and always right…”
I guess everyone see’s the irony of Germans comment here!
22.) 26 Aug 2025 19:12:24
So play Mainoo at 8, and push Bruno forward to 10 where he is super effective. Drop Mount.
Simples.
23.) 26 Aug 2025 19:28:07
I think the whole Mainoo story would have been avoided if Amorim had been a bit cuter with his post match comments.
Something along the lines of its a long season and he's going to play a lot of games and be a valuable part of the team would have quitened that story down.
The mwdia already had all the headlines they needed with United losing and drawing one to start the season they didn't need another one that Mainoo is stuck behine the captain who we all know never misses a game.
24.) 27 Aug 2025 05:40:28
More pots and kettles than a kitchen warehouse!
25.) 27 Aug 2025 11:34:49
The Mainoo situation is starting to feel like Rashford put on a pedestal as our new youth superstar (thanks 92) but with very little football to back it up. He looked lost last season and not just that you couldn’t find him on the pitch. Needs to make a much bigger impact which starts by doing enough to get picked.
The more you look at Bruno the worse it gets. He really flatters to deceive. He scored 5 non penalty goals last season (league) as a WC no10 and the team was built around him. How many times did he lose the ball that lead to an opposition attack/ goal. Was he minus goal difference. Shockingly poor value if he’s worth 100m. No one in this league would pay serious money for him.
24 Jul 2025 11:40:26
Ollie Watkins being linked again with Garnacho going the other way, would solve 2 immediate problems ?.
1.) 24 Jul 2025 12:17:18
If Garnacho is going to be stubborn and dig his heels in for a move to an EPL club then Villa and Chelsea look like our only options.
Now personally I'd rather him go to Villa and we get Watkins, but I have a feeling he'll dig his heels in for a move to Chelsea and we might have to go a deal with them for Jackson.
Which I'm not against as I rate Jackson as a very good player. I just rate Watkins higher and he won't leave halfway through the season for the AFCON like Jackson would. Which given we will lose Onana, Amad and Mbeumo already ideally I wouldn't want to sign another key first team player who would also be heading off for 3-6 weeks during the season.
2.) 24 Jul 2025 12:52:25
Can’t see Garnacho going to Chelsea. Why would they sign him? They already a bucket load of attacking players and are in talks for another with Xavi Simons.
If Chelsea did take him, I hope he enjoys watching them as that’s what he’ll end up doing most of the time.
3.) 24 Jul 2025 14:55:15
Watkins is a much better fit for us. I think we will go for him regardless of where garnacho goes.
4.) 24 Jul 2025 15:46:31
Let's say we swap Watkins for Garnacho at £50k. It's all profit for us. I'm sure Watkins will command a much higher salary than Garnacho's £2.5m. So n year 1 will see +£52.5m while we'll incur a salary of at least £7.5m + £10m in depreciation, so £17.5m a year for 5 years. Of course Garnacho thinks he's worth a lot more than he's paid right now.
We need a CF. Watkins, Mbuemo and Cunha managed 50+ goals between them last season. Watkins contributed 16 + 8 assists last year, and 19 +13 assists the year before. It'll be a much more fluid attack. Swaps are extremely rare. 2 players and 2 teams + agents make them tremendously complex. I can't see it happening but I'd go for it if it's a possibility. I will say the deal would probably make as much sense for Villa as it would for us, given their PSR situation. A more experienced and traditional manager like Emery is probably just what Garnacho needs at this point in his career.
5.) 24 Jul 2025 18:07:48
I think Garnacho should be looking at Napoli. the owner has talked positively about him and I think the league would suit him. Seasoned manager who would knock a few of the issues out of him.
That being said I am coming round to the idea of a swap for Watkins . whether loan with option for a year or as new name has said a mutually beneficial price that helps both us and Villa out.
6.) 24 Jul 2025 18:53:10
I wouldn’t be surprised if Graucho is looking to stay. He’s a young lad, has definitely been poorly advised and can see his career suddenly off kilter. United are working hard to get back on track with some good signings and it’s going to be a really interesting place to be for the next few seasons. Needs to bin family as management, if you can call it that, get his discipline sorted and get back on track with Rash gone and Sancho out of the picture he could do a lot worse than influences like Mbeumo to learn from.
7.) 24 Jul 2025 20:03:14
Villa can't afford to sell as they need strikers.
8.) 24 Jul 2025 21:40:50
I'd sell Garnacho in a heartbeat. He's itching to go and he's not good enough anyway. Too inconsistent with limited end product. Watkins too old for us to invest 50 to 60 million. Sesko is the player we need to sign.
9.) 24 Jul 2025 22:20:33
Watkins is ideal for us. Not clear that Sesko has the movement needed. If we can get Watkins for Garnacho as a direct swap I'd take that.
10.) 24 Jul 2025 22:42:14
I have watched sesko for a few years. He def has decent movement and is still young. Big jump from Leipzig to Utd and the premier league but I think worth the risk and his potential to. Improve has a far higher ceiling than eg Watkins who is virtually at his peak.
11.) 25 Jul 2025 09:19:59
If it is Watkins or Jackson, it is the latter for me, attitude aside, he has the 'potential' to be exactly what we need. however. who is nurturing that potential?
12.) 26 Jul 2025 01:11:28
Swaps rarely happen. Let's just focus on getting Garnacho (and his brother) out of the door first so we can decide on our terms the best signing the manager wants.
13 Aug 2024 09:42:25
Hi Ed, is there any truth behind the Notts Forest midfielder Danilo rumours, his age seems to fit the Ineos profile? Thanks.
{Ed002's Note - Danilo (DM/CM) Versatile player offered by his agent to Manchester United and Arsenal when discussing another player with both clubs. Agent is keen on getting the player a step up after a very successful spell at Forest. Forest may not resist a sale.}
1.) 13 Aug 2024 10:21:10
Seems a decent option, if a little older, but not every signing needs to be marquee. Quite like his teammate Murillo too.
2.) 13 Aug 2024 10:42:14
Many thanks for the reply Ed002 ?.
3.) 13 Aug 2024 11:44:42
An interesting option, EPL proven, still relatively young at 23, good on the ball, defensively aggressive.
For the right fee he could be one of those signings that step up and become a great bit of business.
4.) 13 Aug 2024 12:01:33
Interesting link, stylistically more akin to a playmaking DM such as Neves than a destructive player like Ugathe. Not putting him at the level of either just observing the sort of player I see.
5.) 13 Aug 2024 17:04:40
Ed, was the other player being discussed Vanderson?
{Ed002's Note - No.}
6.) 13 Aug 2024 17:35:42
BC95, there have been rumours of Matheus Chuna who is part of the same agency, while United also continue to be linked with forwards like Toney and Ferguson, so United might be interested in a forward, maybe if Sancho leaves.
11 Aug 2022 08:34:41
Morning Ed002, has the Lille striker Jonathan David been of interest to the scouting team? Thanks in advance.
{Ed002's Note - Jonathan David (S/AM) Lille, like many French clubs were hit hard by the loss of broadcast revenue and will need to sell some of their more valuable assets even though they do not want to. Jonathan David is valued by Lille at an unrealistic €60M. Real Madrid have previously declared an interest but their focus seems to have turned away. An option for Madrid might be to pay a deposit on a transfer for 2023 and leave him at Lille or even try and negotiate Eden Hazard being included in a deal. He has been recommended to Chelsea by an ex player but they have preferred targets. The new Manchester United coach tried to take him to Ajax and could potentially look to taking him to Manchester United if they lose out on preferred targets. Barcelona interest has gone although Spurs, Newcastle, Liverpool, West Ham, Inter and Arsenal are clubs cited having sent scouts to watch him. Making the Champions League may be an important factor in any transfer.}
1.) 11 Aug 2022 11:42:44
A Utd lineup including Fred, Antony, David is sounding quite informal. Is there a Brazilian Kevin and German Frank we can chuck in too?
2.) 11 Aug 2022 11:43:27
Interesting about EtH's previous interest in David. Personally I think he could be an excellent option being able to play through the middle or out wide. His technical quality, pace, and his intelligent decision making do mark him out as a player who should work well under EtH.
Fingers crossed we maybe move for him.
28 Jun 2022 16:55:05
Reports on-line that United have beaten Lyon to the signing of Tyrell Malacia.
1.) 28 Jun 2022 17:16:27
Personally, I'd rather United signed David Raum, but Malacia would be a decent upgrade on Shaw and Telles.
2.) 28 Jun 2022 17:42:41
Malachia for €15m + 2 add-ons looks tremendous value. He’s had other offers for a few weeks but been holding out for us apparently.
Telles off now surely.
I suspect De Jong and Malachia are the two players Ten Hag expects to be completed in time for the Far East tour. But who’s next? Martinez or Torres at CB? Antony at RW? Eriksen?
At last the transfer wheels have started to move a little.
3.) 28 Jun 2022 19:13:21
Good chance that De Jong, Malacia and Bachmann could be done before the tour.
Could even get Eriksen is he decides to choose us over staying in London.
We could literally have 4 new players before the tour, with rumours of Antony or another flexible forward and maybe a CB if we can shift some off the squad list.
I think the Malacia deal has been forced due to Lyon pushing to complete his signing.
It's fortunate that Malacia and FDJ share the same agent, it should make it easier to simultaneously complete both transfers.
4.) 28 Jun 2022 23:05:41
Got to admit I’m more concerned about right back than any other position. Both of our options aren’t good enough and I can’t see that they ever will be.
5.) 28 Jun 2022 23:08:27
How is Malacia an upgrade on Shaw and Telles?
In what departments does he suffice as an upgrade? He's 22 year old and only been courted by the likes of Lyon and West Ham along with us!
I suspect it means he's likely to play second fiddle to shaw and be back up. Thus allowing Telles to leave as he's not going to get any better with age.
6.) 29 Jun 2022 10:07:26
Kevani, aren't you a cheerful delight.
I think Malacia will come in and initially replace Telles. He's an exciting young player who several Eredivisie pundits have called the best full back in the Eredivisie last season.
Telles has been somewhere between average and poor in all his appearances for United.
Malacia has the potential to be a top young player, and possibly in time an upgrade on Shaw. If he settles well and can develop well.
EtH has followed him to over 2 years and attempted to sign him for Ajax last summer. So I'll be inclined to trust his better judgement.
7.) 29 Jun 2022 13:47:51
As Shap says, EtH wants him that should be enough for us.
8.) 29 Jun 2022 17:35:18
I am glad people keep reminding us of the important fact that United's manager knows more about football and has more influence on United purchases than random people on the Internet.
9.) 30 Jun 2022 10:13:45
Its just fact how everyone is an expert on Malacia since we've agreed a deal and he's the best thing since sliced bread. Saying he's an upgrade on Shaw and telles when no one knows if he is or not.
I hope it turns out to be a good signing.
Just need a RB, CB, CM, RW and ST now.

Getting so damn bored of the De Jong saga, so many contrary reports of ' he wants to join and he doesn't ', I think we should step away and look at Ruben Neves, Prem proven and dominated us at Old Trafford last season.
1.) 09 Jul 2022 12:41:40
Stop reading the reports then.
If he signs he signs if he doesn't he doesn't.
But I'm quite sure they will have a plan b if required.
It appears the manager wants fdj and must feel like he can help pull it off but who knows.
2.) 09 Jul 2022 13:34:13
Ken, I think the club needs to set a deadline with Barcelona for de Jong or simultaneously work on bringing in an alternative with the view that if both deals work out then so be it; the club brings in two quality midfielders.
Like you say, these things could be happening anyway but how would we know?
3.) 09 Jul 2022 14:35:19
Are you sure there is a plan B Ken?
4.) 09 Jul 2022 15:02:07
I would think so spenno.
But I'm not sure how could I be.
5.) 09 Jul 2022 16:14:01
Or, drag it out as long as possible, then say to the fans, we tried but the bad boys of Barcelona messed us about. Thereby saving £70m which they can take out in dividends in January.
6.) 09 Jul 2022 17:14:03
I think we’re being optimistic in the extreme if we think that there is a Plan B. I’d have thought that the club would have sounded out de Jong firstly and got a cast iron guarantee that he would join before pursuing him for such a long time. It seems that from the beginning, sound bites were coming from various quarters that he wanted to stay with Barcelona. And why wouldn’t he? We’re a bit of a shambles to be truthful.
7.) 09 Jul 2022 17:28:00
And reports coming out of Spain is that he's rejected the move anyway. Plan B might be James Garner.
Tbh, I would rather we got a DM instead.
8.) 09 Jul 2022 19:58:49
Frankie isn't coming. not now after those comments. i just hope they've got a plan b for midfielders because if United go into the Brighton game with mcfred. god help us.
9.) 09 Jul 2022 20:28:18
Woukd be relatively happy if we just sign Eriksen (boost midfield) Martinez (CB/ DM) and Malacia, plus promote a few youngsters such as Garner and Garnacho.
Though do think we need a striker.
10.) 10 Jul 2022 00:05:46
Please holy satan don't let Plan B be James Garner!
Ruben Neves gets my vote too out of the names doing the rounds. A step up for him, as opposed to SMS who is brilliant but for whom let's be honest, as the adorned Lazio captain it would be a massive downgrade at this moment in time.
11.) 10 Jul 2022 01:04:47
Why would it be a downgrade? Lazio can't win the title, probably won't be strong contenders for the top 4 either, he would be payed better at United, so he would at least be at the same level if he was to come.
I can't believe people say going from Lazio to United would be a downgrade, Jesus.
12.) 10 Jul 2022 06:49:08
Spenno, I too hope garner is not plan B, but unfortunately, its looking that way, and the Glazers get to save £70m in the process and that's the only language they understand. My money will be on someone who is a free agent who wouldn't need them to pay any big transfer fee.
13.) 10 Jul 2022 10:32:03
Trololo, every player we’ve moved for apart from an unknown leftback has opted against us or is hanging for yonks on committing. It’s a giant mess.
14.) 10 Jul 2022 10:46:45
It's abit harsh to judge Garner before he has been given a chance at the club. Whilst I understand the need for a top DM, we don't have the funds to go out and buy player after player.
Perhaps under the guidance of EtH, he might blossom into a top player.
15.) 10 Jul 2022 18:18:08
By all means give Garner a chance. But he’s never played at an elite level before so I’d seriously temper the notion that he’s going to hit the ground running and rip the league up.
16.) 10 Jul 2022 22:14:52
Fireman,
We don’t play at an elite level so should be fine. Will be good to see Garner given a chance, people want youth to be given a chance then when they are they whine and moan we are giving youth a chance and not buying a shiny new player.
Still think we will get Frenkie, doubt we will get Frankie.
17.) 11 Jul 2022 09:56:14
Spenno, who exactly do you mean? Nunez, who went to a clearly better team atm? De Jong, where we still don't know what will happen, and plays for one of the top teams? Or Ajax players, that would come by all the reports, if we figure out a deal with their club?
I don't see players from "lower tier" clubs avoiding us. Sure, we might be a mess, but saying that leaving Lazio for United would be a downgrade is nonsense.
19 Apr 2022 11:29:56
Monchi at Seville stating that the door may not have closed on Martial moving permanently, Say's a deal will be much cheaper than people think, maybe £7 million. Let him go at a big loss or price him out of a move and be stuck with him?
1.) 19 Apr 2022 12:01:13
The reality is we will lose Cavani, we have lost MG, and we could lose Ronaldo if he isn't prepared to stick around in either the Europa League or Europa Conference.
Leaving Martial as the only special-ist striker at the club. Rashford could play through the centre but in truth has always looked more comfortable and better coming from the left.
We won't sign 2 strikers this summer so if Ronaldo leaves maybe EtH will give Martial a chance.
As fans we all have our opinions and views on our players. We have seen them play for many years often under several managers.
Yet EtH plays a very different style of play and is in truth a very different kind of manager.
As fans we have to accept he might see things differently to us and might be prepared to give players a chance who we'd rather see leave the club.
Maybe he will pick Henderson over DDG.
Maybe he will give Maguire a chance.
Maybe he'll stick with Fred as first choice.
Maybe he'll give Donny a run of games or maybe he won't.
Maybe he'll play Sancho on the right, or the left, or even bench him.
Maybe he'll make Rashford a CF.
Maybe he rates Garnacho above Elanga.
Maybe he doesn't think Ronaldo suits his style but that Martial could.
At the end of the day we all have our favourite players and others we don't like or rate.
But if EtH plays them or not it will be for a reason. Ultimately if the team plays great football and we challenge for titles and win things do we really care if Henderson, Maguire, Fred and Martial all start over DDG, Varane, Bruno and Ronaldo?
Football is ultimately a team game and a manager picks the players who work best as a team and not as individuals. That was our complaint under Ole, that the team was set up for individuals. We have now gone for a very different manager, with a vastly different approach.
Let's wait and see who he plays and more importantly HOW the TEAM plays.

If EtH is given the full control that we hope I think there will be players that will stay and go that as fans we will not necessarily agree with but we have to see how they play under the new regime and style.
Martial may suit what EtH wants to do and could be like a new signing for us and if we have to evolve slowly there may not be the cash or desire to bring in more than one striker this window so with Cavani out, Greenwood not available and who knows with Ronaldo it may be that we have to see what Martal can do.
Hopefully we will bring in one striker (Nunez/ Isaak/ Oshimen), bring through someone from the youth team (McNeil) and then utilise our wide players if needed.

What has Martial ever done to show a new manager he is 100% committed to the cause, that he will work his socks off to be successful for himself and the team? By all reports he has hardly endeared himself to the Sevilla fans.
Players like Vardy, Puki, Bowen at WHU, Welbeck, and the young strikers at Villa and Leicester all embarrass him with their work rate and application. Never mind the stikers at teams in the hunt for silverware
The bloke is a total waster.

I couldn't care who stays or goes as long as the manager has olayers that want to play for the badge and give the fans performaces to be proud of,
That goes for the likes of de gea, ronaldo even bruno, if they ain't 100 for the cause and ain't playing for the manager send then packing.
